Good Neighbors Garden Events
A good way to get to know people, and stay involved, is to attend our group work sessions. Small group work sessions for garden members of all skill levels, from novice to experienced, to help plant and tend the communal plots, take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Larger group work events will be also scheduled for spring and fall clean-up days, for plot building, and other projects.
Larger work projects have included the construction of our wood fence and wood plots, the addition of our shed, the addition of our pollinator garden, establishment of our asparagus and raspberry plots, and the planting of our small apple tree.
The beauty of our many perennial and annual plants is the result of the continued dedication to those who have helped out with planting, transplanting and maintenance of those community plot areas.
